Returns and Cancellation Policy

Carl Stahl Evita aim to provide high quality products delivered to our customers using a reputable carrier.

In the unlikely event that there is any evidence of damage* to the product or material defect in the product whether it be bespoke or standard then we will arrange replacement repair or modification subject to your requirement.

*We will only accept damage claims which are notified to us within 3 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation prior to despatch

For standard, none bespoke components and assemblies we will accept cancellation at any time prior to despatch. Any payment received will be refunded.

For customised or bespoke items including cable assemblies made to length we will not accept cancellation prior to despatch and the full amount according to our order acknowledgement will be payable.

Cancellation after despatch

Orders for standard, non bespoke products, cancelled after the goods have been despatched will be treated as unwanted goods. In this event we will issue a refund subject to return of the goods in resalable condition. The refund will be subject to a re stocking charge of 20%.

For customised or bespoke items including cable assemblies made to length we will not accept cancellation after despatch. We will not take back into stock any customised, bespoke or specially fabricated items unless the item can be shown to have a material defect.
